Thursday: Ivon
Ivon assisted us with a complex job while an employee was out during the month of December. On her assigned days and makeup days, she would come in, start without any direction. She prepped, researched and scanned in over 11,000 documents in the 7 days she worked in December. Additional to that she took on other tasks when we needed her in areas like the file room, receptionist desk and helping out our Collateral team. As she expanded her role in the receptionist area (another area we were short an employee) she took on the challenge with a great attitude like everything she accomplishes. This role took her of her comfort zone, which allowed her to expand on her communication skills and people skills. Her initiative, positive attitude and willingness to take on the world is rare to find!
