The Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) has proven to be a win-win opportunity for both its students and its employers! When Arrupe Jesuit High School opened its doors in 2003 with a freshman class of 65 students, there were fifteen hiring organizations. Today with an enrollment of over 400 students, there are over 110 hiring organizations. Six of the original fifteen employers continue as partners today - CWSP has experienced a 90% year-to-year retention rate with its partner organizations.
