How to apply:
This application is for incoming 9th grade students and students transferring into 9th or 10th grade. To apply, please complete the two steps below by Friday, November 20, 2026.
Step 1: Complete the Online Application
Click Online Application to complete and submit step one.
In this step you will be asked to upload these required documents:
- Copy of the applicant's birth certificate
- Copy of the applicant's Social Security card
- Copy of the applicant's current immunization records
- Copy of the parent/guardian's most recently completed tax forms
The estimated time to complete this application is 30 minutes. Your application automatically saves and you can revisit as needed.
Step 2: Request School Records & Request Teacher Recommendations
We require school records from the applicant's current school and any other schools attended during the past two academic years. Before you begin, please note that the information you will need to complete this step is: front office email address for each school & email address for each recommender.
Complete the School Records and Teacher Recommendations Form to submit your request for school records and teacher recommendations. Your applicant will need teacher recommendations forms:
- One Math teacher
- One English teacher
- One School Administrator
Once you submit the form, each school and recommender will receive an email with instructions for sending the required records directly to the Arrupe Jesuit Admissions Office.
