AJHS Admissions Documents
In addition to your application, please submit the following documents via the online dropbox below or to the Admissions Office no later than December 5, 2022.
- 8th grade progress report (1st quarter grades) and attendance record
- 7th grade report card and attendance record
- 7th grade standardized test scores (CSAP, ITBS, etc)
- Behavior records for 7th and 8th grade
- Copy of the applicant's birth certificate and Social Security card
- Copy of the applicant's updated immunization records
- Copy of the parents' most recently completed tax forms
