It is very important to ask the right questions and to do the proper research while looking for a high school that is the right fit for your family. - Standardized Test Scores from 8th Grade
- Behavior records for 8th and 9th grade
- Copy of the applicant's birth certificate and Social Security card
- Copy of the applicant's updated immunization records
- Copy of the parents' most recently completed tax forms
