All Souls Day Remembrance

GET INVOLVED

Hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out
into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us.
Romans 5

All Souls Day, celebrated in the Catholic Church on November 2nd, is a feast in which we remember and pray for the faithful departed who have meant so much to us throughout our lives. As we pray together on the second, and throughout the month of November, we feel a special bond and connection between ourselves and those we love who have passed. We pray in a special way this year for all those who have died from the pandemic which has brought new challenges to all of our lives.

We invite each of you to share with us the names of any deceased family members and/or friends whom you would like us to keep in our prayers throughout the month of November. We will place their names in front of the altar in the Madonna Della Strada Chapel and will remember their names in the Prayers of the Faithful in our Masses at school and in our Jesuit Community, as well as at our all-school Mass on November 1st, All Saints Day.
