Monay: Camila
Camila has shown an unbelievable amount of maturity and work ethic for her age. When I assign a task to her, I have no doubt in mind that it will get done with efficiency and great quality. Whenever she sees that there is down time she immediately goes to a staff member to see if there is anything else she can help with. A group of staff members and I were talking and discussed how if Camila was old enough, we would hire her at Metro Caring.
