Balthazar is always kind considerate and very professional. He has been a great asset to our company for a couple years now, but feels like a regular employee to us. His maturity speaks for itself, even though he is more soft-spoken, he’s very thoughtful and Thanks through whatever task we give him. Thanks through whatever task we give him. He’s great at asking questions and finding new ways to do the job or efficiently if possible. We know his future goal is to go to Cara school of mines, and we are hoping that we can help him work towards that goal with some shadowing from other CSM engineers that we employ.
