Thursday: Ana
We have always been impressed with Ana's confidence and professionalism. She makes a point to greet everyone in the morning, asks how we're doing, checks in on her daily tasks and projects, and then gets to work pretty independently. If she needs to ask for clarification or training, she is not afraid to speak up. This year Ana has become more a part of our Finance & Accounting team, attending and contributing to our weekly team meetings and AR collections meetings. Anything that we give her, she learns to do, retains her training, and does with a keen eye for detail, which is important on our team. In addition to helping out the F&A team, she is also supports our business units by logging consigned inventory, our data team by updating pricing, and has helped on many other projects. Ana has exceeded expectations because her maturity, work ethic, and interest in learning make it feel like she's been in this job for years, not 1 day a week for just over a year.
