Thursday: Anthony
Anthony definitely deserves a special recognition. He went above and beyond the expectations for an intern: Anthony works at the level of a regular employee, he engages with the coworkers and is considered one more of the team. Sometimes other interns are less productive and Anthony with his hard work empower them to be more productive. Also, Anthony has more experience at PCs for People than other interns or volunteers so he teach them and train them saving us time. Anthony also looks for areas of opportunity to go beyond his position. An example: we had a broken dolly (and expensive) we couldn't use. Anthony identified by himself this problem, brought tools and fix it. Now this cart is in use again thanks to Anthony. I highly recommend Anthony to have a special recognition.
