At Arrupe Jesuit, we believe that the right people at the right time can change everything. We are thrilled to welcome Erin Breen to the Arrupe Jesuit family as our new Director of Corporate Partnerships. We could not be more excited about what she brings to this role and to our students.
Erin joins the Corporate Work Study Program team at a pivotal moment in Arrupe's growth, and her background is tailor-made for the work ahead. She is a relationship-driven leader who has built her career on forging meaningful partnerships, mobilizing resources, and turning mission into real, tangible community impact. That is exactly the kind of energy and expertise the CWSP needs as we continue to expand opportunities for our students across the Denver business community.
"I am thrilled that Erin has accepted the role as Director of Corporate Partnerships. Having remodeled and expanded our campus, Arrupe is able to partner with more families and serve more students. Now, we must grow the Work Study Program accordingly, so we can provide the transformative opportunities found only in the workplace to a greater number of students. With her expertise and her passion for Arrupe’s mission, I know Erin will help us meet this crucial goal.”
— Michael O'Hagan, President, Arrupe Jesuit High School
Most recently, Erin served as Director of Development & Communications at Kids in Need of Dentistry, where she led a diversified fundraising strategy that exceeded goals year over year by securing new corporate and foundation partners. Before stepping into the nonprofit world, Erin spent her earlier career in brand management at Jim Beam Brands and ABSOLUT Vodka, bringing a sharp corporate lens and a deep understanding of how businesses think, what they value, and how to build partnerships that work for everyone at the table.
She recently completed her Executive MBA at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, adding a rigorous academic foundation to an already impressive and varied career.

More than her experience and skills, what defines Erin is her genuine passion for opening doors for young people. Erin is deeply motivated by work that connects students to the broader world, and she is eager to build the kinds of partnerships that foster real growth, leadership, and long-term impact in the lives of Arrupe students and their families.
"I've always believed that young people grow into their best selves when adults believe in them, challenge them, and open doors for them. That's why Arrupe Jesuit's mission is so meaningful to me. I'm excited to help connect Denver's business community with talented students whose futures will be shaped by these opportunities." – Erin Breen, Director of Corporate Partnerships
