Arrupe Jesuit Welcomes Kristina Stuber as Director of Development

We’re excited to announce that Kristina Stuber has joined Arrupe Jesuit High School as our next Director of Development.

Kristina brings a dynamic mix of leadership experience, mission-driven focus, and fundraising expertise to the position and department. Most recently, she served as Chief Development Officer at Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum, where she led major gift efforts, built strategic donor relationships, and helped launch impactful community programs that expanded the museum’s reach and support.

Before that, Kristina served as Executive Director of the Webster Groves School District Foundation, where she led a comprehensive development strategy that strengthened donor engagement and increased support for key programs, even during the challenges of the pandemic.

“We are thrilled to have Kristina join Arrupe as our new Director of Development. We know she will bring the same brilliance and passion to this role that have distinguished her past work. Her leadership is a tremendous complement to the considerable talents of our current team members. Together, our Development team is poised to fully seize the opportunities created by our continued growth,” said Michael O’Hagan, President of Arrupe Jesuit High School.

Kristina is also a veteran of the United States Air Force and Maine Air National Guard, where she served as an Air Traffic Controller in the 265th Combat Communications Squadron. Her commitment to service and community continues through her volunteer work with organizations like Team Rubicon and the Bates Philanthropic Initiative.

“I’m honored to join Arrupe Jesuit High School and to have the privilege of supporting a mission that transforms lives. I’m excited to work with a team defined by purpose, compassion, and commitment, and to partner with our dedicated community of donors and supporters to grow the relationships that fuel Arrupe’s impact,” said Kristina Stuber.

Her blend of experience, strategic fundraising, and service-oriented leadership makes her a fantastic fit for the Arrupe Jesuit community. We’re thrilled to welcome her aboard and look forward to the impact she’ll help create for our students and mission.

As we welcome Kristina, we also want to thank Kerrie Bentfield for her extraordinary contributions to Arrupe during her time as the interim Development Director.  Assuming the interim role in October, Kerrie led the effort to deliver a successful Magis Night and to meet Arrupe’s annual fundraising goals. We wish her continued success as she returns to her own professional pursuits.
