"For the past two years, I have been given the opportunity to work at Saint Joseph Hospital, where I spent part of my day in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I have been able to observe the different methods of care the nurses provide for the babies. Knowing all people are created in the image of God, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, or condition, they are worthy of life and care. Knowing this – I feel personally called by God to dedicate my life to serving others as a nurse. I am proud to be attending Regis University where I will be pursuing my degree in nursing."
