Students/Parents:
Please complete the section below named "School Records and Teacher Recs".
To complete the form you will need an email address for the following:
- Math Teacher
- English Teacher
- One administrator (Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean or Counselor)
After you submit the form, recommendation requests will be sent directly to them and they will complete the forms online.
Teachers/Administrators: Thank you for helping your students with their admissions process for Arrupe Jesuit by completing a recommendation form. You will receive an email from your student with a link to the recommendation form, or you may also select the appropriate image below to access the same form from the website.
