Step 1: Attend an 8th Grade Visit

UPCOMING DATES AND SCHEDULE

• October 17, November 4, 6, 11, 18
• Arrival time is 8:15am and pick up time is 2pm. 
• Lunch will be provided. 
• Dress Code: Middle school uniform or business casual attire.  School supplies will be provided at the visit.  

8th Grade Students should report to the front lobby at 8:15am.  Dismissal for 8th Grade visits is at 2:00pm and all students will be dismissed from the front lobby. Below is a schedule for 8th grade visit days:

8TH GRADE VISIT DAY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

Parents must complete a consent form for the 8th Grade Visit. You may print it on your own or complete it the morning of the visit.

During an 8th grade visit day a student can expect:

• 8:15am - Arrive
• 1st period - Welcome 
• 2nd period -  Science class for 8th Graders.
• 3rd period -  Learn about our Corporate Work Study Program.
• Lunch is provided.
• 4th period  - 8th grader attends class with an Arrupe student.
• 5th period - Learn about student life 9sports,clubs, trips) and next steps in the admissions process.
• 2:00 - Dismissal. Parents need to pick up their students at this time. 

 Step 2: Attend Open House:

• Sunday November 9th. 
• Meet the Arrupe community!  During this visit, parents and students will receive a tour by Arrupe students to see the school building, learn about our athletics program and clubs, and meet teachers, staff and the Corporate Work Study Program.
• All prospective students are highly encouraged to attend this event.  You will receive an Arrupe gift at the end of your visit!
• If you were not able to attend an 8th Grade Visit before Open House, please register for the visits available in November.

Step 3: Apply Now/ Teacher Recommendations
Enjoy The Perks of the Priority Application Deadline

• Priority Application Deadline: Friday, November 7 2025.
• This deadline will allow the Admissions Office to give your family an estimated tuition amount for the upcoming school year.
• Your student's December Entrance Exam fee will be waived.
•  The next step in the admissions process is an interview for the applicant and parent(s).  Your student will have priority for the January Admissions Interviews.

Missed the Priority Application Deadline?

• Regular Application Deadline: Friday, November 21, 2025.
• If you were unable to meet the priority deadline, please submit your application by this date.  Please note that a complete application is needed in order for your student's Admission Interview to be scheduled. 

Step 4: Entrance Exam on Saturday, December 6th. 

• Students need to attend this exam, it’s a required step in the admissions process.  This exam will help us prepare our curriculum for the next school year and also help us identify how we can support students academically.  We want to support your student’s academic growth and this is the initial step.

Step 5: Admissions Interview 

• Attend your Admissions Interview in January.  The Admissions Office will schedule your interview once your complete application is submitted.  Admissions Decision letters will be mailed out in February.
