Tuesday: Jose
Jose was given a somewhat complicated project to complete in one day, and got it all done to a high standard of quality. As his supervisor, I sent him a list of students and instructors that would be participaing in a class, about 65 names all together. I needed name tags and table-tent name placards done. I was not there to give him one on one instruction. I asked one of my co-workers to work with him to get them started. He had never done a task like this before. He had to enter all 65 names and duty stations into two different templates, check spelling, print, and insert the name tags in badge holders. He got all of this work done in one day with little supervision. The end product was very professional and is currently being utilized in a two week class being attended by Forest Service employees from all over the country.
